Quality
inspection
We are performing quality
inspections either visually or with
matrix or with equipment provided by our
customer.
Our work aims at checking your parts
when a quality incident is declared in
your plant or in your customer’s plant.
You or your supplier asked RSI to sort
out the entire production until the
corrective actions are efficient.
Within one hour after your order, a RSI
team manager will arrive in the plant
and organise the sorting in accordance
with the check list and/or to a standard
part.
Following your order, we start checking
the customer delivery, the final product
stock, and the production line stock.
The RSI team manager takes into account
the production needs and informs you
regularly about the sorting.
Assembly
In order to help you when you
face a production peak, we will assembly
your products, respecting your quality
standard.
Retouch
We
retouch your products respecting your
technical specifications. For example:
sandpapering, debarring metallic or
plastic parts, tapping, etc.
