Quality inspection

We carry out quality inspections either visually, with matrix or with any equipment provided by our customer.

Our work is to check your parts when a quality incident is declared in your plant or in your customer's plant. You or your supplier asked RSI to sort out the entire production until the corrective actions are efficient.

Within one hour after your order, a RSI team leader will arrive in the plant and will organise the sorting with a check list and/or with a calibrated part, in accordance with our quality process based on the ISO 9001 standard.

Following your order, we start checking the customer delivery, the final product stock, and the production line stock. The RSI team leader takes into account the production needs and informs you regularly about the sorting.
